Data Deletion

1. Request deletion

Send an email to contact@brainreboot.app with the subject “BrainReboot Data Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your account, or the test session reference if you used the assessment without an account. Do not send your password, Facebook access token, or other sensitive credentials.

2. What you may request to delete

• Profile and account details associated with your BrainReboot account.
• Facebook or Google account linking information stored by BrainReboot, where applicable.
• Cognitive assessment results, progress and associated identifiable records, to the extent we can identify the records as yours.
• Newsletter and participation details, subject to applicable unsubscribe and record-retention requirements.

Disconnecting BrainReboot from Facebook in your Facebook account settings stops future access but does not automatically erase information previously stored by BrainReboot. Use the request method above for deletion of BrainReboot-held data.

3. Verification and processing

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that you control the account or session before deleting records. We will acknowledge your request and process it in accordance with applicable data protection law, including any required response periods. If certain records must be retained for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes, we will explain that limitation where appropriate.

4. Facebook Login data

If you used Facebook Login, you can also remove BrainReboot from Facebook’s connected apps under your Facebook settings. To request deletion of data stored by BrainReboot, email us using the process in section 1. Do not assume that removing the Facebook connection deletes your BrainReboot account.
